New Steering Committee Meeting Scheduled for 4/14

N’kosi Yearwood, planner for the White Flint Sector Plan, has just announced the next meeting of the White Flint Steering Committee:

“The next White Flint Steering Committee meeting is scheduled for April 14 at 7 p.m. at 8787 Georgia Avenue. The topics are the CR zone . . . and the draft design guidelines. The design guidelines will be available prior to the meeting.”

The CR Zone is a new type of zoning procedure crafted by the Planning Board in recent weeks. It may replace the new TMX (Transit station MiXed use) zone, and shares many characteristics with the TMX zone. For more information on the CR zone:
