Post article on White Flint passage

The Washington Post has a big Metro Section article today on the Montgomery County Council’s passage of the White Flint Sector Plan yesterday. By Miranda Spivack, the article looks to the future, although it contains some comment by perennial critic Natalie Goldberg.
