Having just wrestled with many snarled strings of holiday lights, I appreciate the fact that MOM’s stores are offering an opportunity to recycle old light strings. There’s a MOM’s location at 11711 B Parklawn Dr., Rockville, MD 20852, just over the bridge over the railroad tracks on Nicholson Lane; it’s a little hard to get into, but quite busy most of the time. Also has a Spring Mill Baking Co. outlet inside the store.
