MD355 Rapid Transit Roundtable
County Executive Office Building Cafeteria,
101 Monroe Street, Rockville
I know this is pushing into October but we are excited to co-host this event with many great Smart Growth partners. As population and traffic continue to rise, how can we design the MD355 corridor to move more people and connect our communities all the way from Friendship Heights to Clarksburg? Join residents, local businesses, institutions and stakeholders of all kinds to learn about the County’s Rapid Transit proposal, get your questions answered by County officials and engage in a collaborative discussion about ways to transform Rockville Pike into a safe, sustainable, multi-modal boulevard of the future. Learn more here.
Finally, stay tuned for an exciting announcement from our friends at Paladar Latin Kitchen. They’re about to launch a program where your dollars spent on guacamole and mojitos (and every other delicious menu item) will benefit the work of Friends of White Flint!
Looking forward to seeing you in September!
