The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 28th at 7pm in the lobby of the building slated for redevelopment – 5516 Nicholson Lane. The property that is the subject of the Preliminary Plan and Site Plan applications consists of approximately 5.123 acres of land and is bounded by Nicholson Lane to the north, Huff Court to the west, White Flint Mall (11301 Rockville Pike) to the south and White Flint Plaza (5100 Nicholson Lane) to the east. The Preliminary Plan and Site Plan propose the redevelopment of the property with the demolition of an existing office building and 587,736 square feet of mixed use development including approximately 31,323 square feet of ground floor retail, approximately 610 residential units, and a mid-block pedestrian connection.
