The owners of a hometown restaurant chain that’s expanded across the country are returning to the area for their next concept.

Julii, from the founders of Cava, will open in Pike & Rose, according to Federal Realty, the developer of the North Bethesda community.

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett and the Department of Environmental Protection’s Acting Director Patty Bubar launched the County’s Gift Outside the Box holiday campaign on November 20. Last week, the County Council Planning, Housing and Economic Development Committee (PHED Committee) voted unanimously to approve the Grosvenor/Strathmore Minor Master Plan Amendment. The next step is for the full Council to take up the issue in December.
