Pike and Rose: Finishing Phase 2. New office building going before the Planning Board in April.
North Bethesda Market Two: Approved for some time for development, no word from JBG Smith when development might begin.
Saul Centers: Preliminary, sketch, and site plans for building A approved and things continue to be put in place to start construction.
East Village at North Bethesda Gateway: Site plan approved a couple of years ago. Looking to get financing for 600 residential units with ground floor retail.
Gables: Hope to begin construction this year.
North Bethesda Center: Parcel G 300 apartment building recently approved, breaking ground 2018.
White Flint Mall: nothing to report
Pepco: new substation being designed with mandatory referral. Presenting to the Implementation Committee next month.
