This project was SUPPOSED to be complete on Feb 6. Today is May 27, and Randolp between Parklawn and Nebel is still CLOSED. Are you EVER going to reopen this road? Its a critical delivery route for my business. You are costing me MONEY, nearly 600 miles a week, and gas at $5 a gallon. WHEN will you FINISH this MESS.
