White Flint Downtown Advisory Committee Meeting
Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center
After a summer sabbatical, the Downtown Advisory Committee will resume their meetings tomorrow morning.  The White Flint Downtown Advisory Committee was established by the County Executive and is comprised of representatives from commercial real estate owners, business owners and residents.

Next month, local firefighters will honor their fallen brothers with the Third Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb.  In remembrance of the  343 firefighters and 71 law enforcement personnel who perished at the 110-story World Trade Center, all are invited to challenge themselves by climbing 110 stories at North Bethesda Market on Saturday, October 12th at 9am.

Paseo Nights Summer Concert Series returns for a second year to the plaza at North Bethesda Market.  Every Thursday night until July 18th, enjoy live music from 6:30 – 8:30pm.  Different bands will perform a variety of music, including:

June 20th:    I & I Riddim, Reggae

June 27th:    Lloyd Dobler Effect, Classic Rock

July 4th:        Holly Montgomery Band, Country

July 11th:      Rew Smith, Adult Contemporary

July 18th:      Andrea Pais, Motown

The series finale will feature a Latin theme on July 25th and stretch from 5:30pm-9pm with five acts, including a DJ and dancing.  …
