Fall Fest: This inaugural event will be held rain or shine, so don’t give the potential for a little precipitation a second thought. Come out and join the fun of the Nighthawks, food trucks, kids activities, and a ribbon cutting with County Executive Ike Leggett.
Piketoberfest: This annual event will also be held rain or shine, so grab your galoshes then grab a beer at Pike and Rose’s Piketoberfest.
Owen’s Ordinary: The City Paper wrote about the 75 unique craft beers, each served at the proper temperature from dozens of custom taps, coming to Owen’s Ordinary. Whet your thirst in anticipation for the October 17th opening of the Pike and Rose beer garden.
I hope you, your friends, and your family will join us at Fall Fest this Saturday. We’re closing Marinelli Road for Fall Fest, and the fun starts goes from noon to 2 pm. Come enjoy performances by The Nighthawks, free flu shots at the Kaiser Health Truck (while supplies last), a variety of yummy food trucks, activities for the kids, and the official ribbon-cutting for the Pike District with short remarks by County Executive Ike Leggett. For more information, visit www.pikefallfest.com.
Friends of White Flint will have a table at Fall Fest; please stop by and say hello to our executive director, Amy Ginsburg.
