Has it been THAT long?

In an otherwise unremarkable biographical sketch of county Regional Services Director Ken Hartman (whose purview includes White Flint), Gazette reporter Bradford Pearson recites some of the myriad controversies Hartman faces these days. Prominent on the list is:

“the forever-looming debate on the White Flint Sector Plan.”

Ah, so it isn’t just me that feels that way?
