Uniqlo Opens September 1 at Pike & Rose

UNIQLO, a Japan-based clothing retailer, is opening its first Maryland location at Pike & Rose on Sept. 1.

The 8,000-square-foot store at 11853 Grand Park Ave. will sell the company’s line of apparel, called LifeWear.

The North Bethesda store has planned some special events over its inaugural weekend, with Japanese Taiko drummers performing ahead of the 10 a.m. opening. Shoppers will also receive complimentary sample of Kung Fu Tea.

Uniqlo is coming to Pike and Rose!

Maryland’s very first Uniqlo store opens at Pike and Rose in the fall of 2018!  For those of you who aren’t familiar with what is often called the Gap of Japan, Uniqlo specializes in inexpensive, casual clothes for men, women, and children. It is known for its unending shelves of beautifully folded shirts, sweaters, and athletic wear. Uniglo has 1,900 stores around the world, including one in Tysons Corner and one in Washington, DC.

The 8,000 square foot store will be located at 11853 Grand Park Ave, across from H & M.
